Every device connected to the internet is given a unique identification number known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address. A number identification given to devices that communicate over the internet is known as an IP address.
By putting “cmd” into the search tab and pressing Enter, users of Windows computers can find their IP address by typing “ipconfig” into the pop-up window that appears. Users of Mac computers can choose Network under System Preferences to determine their IP address.
On a mobile device, users must go into Settings, open the network and Wi-Fi menus, and then search for an IP address. Depending on the phone they use, the IP address ought should be visible under the Advanced area.
